In 1994 the institute was granted a new status and a new name - Kharkiv State Academy of Food Technology and Human Nutrition. The University has a wide network of international ties with more than 30 universities and foundations in the USA, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Romania, Russia and other countries. Every year, the faculty and students participate in international culinary competitions, exhibitions, and joint research projects with foreign colleagues. The university has almost 500 international students.

Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture - the only and leading University in Ukraine which has got the highest IV level of accreditation in agricultural engineering profile. The University prepares specialists who gain qualification levels "Bachelor", "Specialist", "Master" of all training areas. During training, students can get a number of workers qualifications. After graduation students also get a certificate of sample entrepreneurs state. Effectively operates postgraduate and doctoral studies. Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics (NURE) is one of the oldest technology universities in Ukraine, founded in 1930. NURE has strong research and education capabilities in electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications and computer technologies. We maintain the balance of research and education and encourage open thinking; we adhere to the principles of tolerance and multiculturalism. The University has 8 faculties, 33 full-time departments, Center for Foreign Students, Institute for Advanced Studies and NURE IT Academy. About 100 Doctors of Sciences, Professors, 350 Candidates of Sciences, Associate Professors work at the University. Founded in 1805, Kharkiv National Medical University is one of the leaders of the development and introduction of new medical education technologies in Ukraine. The University is a holder of the State Standard Certificate ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008, Independent Developmental Testing), which means that the University implemented and uses a quality management system meeting the requirements of the globally recognized International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In 1951, it was the first medical university in Ukraine to open its doors to foreign students.

In May 16, 2014 Kharkiv Educational and Scientific Institute of State Higher Educational Institution (SHEI) “Banking University” celebrated its 70th anniversary. The Institute has the considerable experience in training specialists for financial and banking system; it has gained strong competitive position among educational institutions of Ukraine. During 70 years of the activity Higher Educational Institution has graduated more than 40 thousand highly qualified specialists. The Institute provides educational services related to obtaining a complete higher education and improving staff qualification of banking institutions.

Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv University of Air Force is a multidisciplinary higher educational institution with a highly qualified faculty, up-to-date educational and material facility, developed infrastructure. The University was founded in 1930. Kharkiv University of Air Force has the IV level of accreditation and trains students in 7 majors and specialties. The University also trains international students in all the accredited specialties at the level of all the qualified requirements of bachelor, specialist and master on the basis of the international contracts of Ukraine, state programs, contracts drawn by the University with legal entities and individuals. The University is licensed to train international students for their further enrollment in higher educational institutions. The term of training at the preparation department is one year. Since its foundation the University has trained specialists for 27 countries of the world. Enrollment of international students takes place August 15 through October 15 according to the results of the interview. On completing the training course, students are issued certificates and on graduating from –state-recognized diplomas.

For 76 years, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University has been the leading educational, scientific and cultural centre of the Precarpathian region. For the most part, the research activities at the Precarpathian National University are practically-oriented and integrated into the learning process. Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University is an institute of higher medical education in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. The university holds 443 teaching staff including 77 PhDs, 264 candidates for PhD, and 19 academics. State Institution "Dnipro Medical Academy of Health Ministry of Ukraine" (SE "DMA") is a center of education, science and culture in highly-developed industrial Dnipro region. Academy was based on the 15th of September 1916. For the years of its existence SE "DMA" has prepared 50 thousand of doctors, pharmacists and nurses. Nowadays SE "DMA" is one of the prominent higher educational institutions of Ukraine with unique integrated continuous training of specialists at three levels: premedical, undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Academy is a higher educational institution of the 4th accreditation level. The academic staff considers constant improvement of educational quality to be the main task corresponding to present requirements. Premedical level includes preparatory course the main goal of which is the language training and studying of general education disciplines. Prydniprovs'ka State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (PSACEA) is one of the oldest educational institutions of Ukraine, founded in 1930 as Dnepropetrovsk Civil Engineering Institute. Since President of Ukraine granted the Academy status in 1994 it became known as PSACEA. PSACEA is an integrated state university with the IV level of accreditation with developed infrastructure, which provides all levels education to 10000 of Ukrainian and international students from 22 countries of the world.

Oles Honchar Dnipro National University was founded in 1918 and now it is one of the most famous and prestigious higher institutions of Ukraine. The University comprises 15 departments, 3 research institutes, 31 research laboratories, the Centre of distance and part-time education, the Centre of pre-university preparation, Centre of postgraduate education, Regional Centre of intensive education of foreign languages and preparation to the level of knowledge’ assessment according to system of international certification, Centre of history and evolution of Ukrainian language, 5 colleges, 2 lyceums. National Technical University Dnipro Polytechnic, previously named National Mining University (NMU) is located in the historic part of Dnipro city - one of the largest industrial, financial and scientific centers of Ukraine. It is a higher education institution of the IV level of accreditation (the highest level of accreditation of higher education institutions in Ukraine), providing high-quality education and combining research with their practical application in science. NMU based in 1899 and is the only one specialized higher educational institution in mining area in Ukraine. According to the International Ranking Expert Group (IREG) for ranking universities «Top 200 Ukraine» NMU takes the 6th place. Foreign students study at 9 faculties at 29 specialties. The procedure for recognition of education documents issued by educational institutions of other countries is carried out by the Commission of the University, which issues the corresponding sample of certificate. Training of students is carried out at the educational degrees of Bachelor (four year full-time form of training) and Master (one and a half to two years). Training of scientists "Doctor of Philosophy" (four years) is carried of the postgraduate study on 12 specialties. Applied orientation of university provided strong and lasting relationships with leading mining and metallurgical enterprises of the region, providing for students the places to undergo training practices. The National metallurgical academy of Ukraine (NMetAU) it was established in October, 1899. NMetAU collaborates with scientists and firms from the USA, German, Sweden, Finland, Italy, China, Russia, Moldova and others countries. The Bukovinian State Medical University (BSMU) is a fully government multistructural educational institution providing educational programmes of different levels. Founded in 1944, it is Ukraine’s one of the most comprehensive research university, with 6 faculties, Educational and Scientific Institute of Postgraduate Education, 4 colleges, 49 departments and more than 30 clinical bases. It provides accommodation for students in the 8 dormitories (2 of them are separated for girls). All international students will be settled in university’s accommodation. Bukovinian State Medical University (BSMU) is one of the largest higher educational establishments in Chernivtsi. It has recently celebrated the 75th anniversary of its foundation. It has been training medical medical professionals from international countries for many years, and during that time over 2000 doctors were graduated and successfully confirmed their knowledge in the home countries with the possibilities to continue medical activities abroad. Additionally BSMU launches the Center for Simulation Medicine. It is educational and practical center where students and interns will learn and improve clinical and communication skills with the modern medical simulators. Nizhyn Mykola Gogol State University is one of the oldest institutions in Ukraine, famous for its educational, research and social activities. The University is situated in an ancient town, in the North-East of Ukraine, 140 kilometers from Kyiv, the capital of the country. NGSU is a member of international organizations: TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages), participant of the Erasmus+ programme.
