The origins of Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskiy National University (KrNU) dates back to 1920. In that year the first institute of higher education was established in Kremenchuk. The university collaborates with 72 foreign higher education institutions, research institutions in 25 countries. Currently over 5,000 full and part-time students are educated at KrNU every year.

Kremenchuk Flight College of Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was founded in 1960 as the education institution and was called as Flight School of Civil Air Fleet. For a long-term history more than 60 thousand aviation specialists from the Community of Independent States and about 7 thousand citizens from 77 countries. The College has the branches of flight-technical and economic qualifications, part-time training, training and conversed training of foreign students and specialists, service practice and hiring, training process organization, accounting and management.

HSEE of Ukraine “Ukrainian Medical Stomatological Academy” is a contemporary multidisciplinary educational institution of the 4th level of accreditation, which trains medical professionals of many specialties, including "Dentistry", "Medicine", "Nursing", "Orthopedic dentistry" and "Pharmacy". The Academy has five faculties (the Faculty of Medicine #1, The Faculty of Medicine #2, the Faculty of Dentistry, Foreign Students Training Faculty and the Faculty of Postgraduate Education), medical college and preparatory training courses for foreign and Ukrainian citizens. The training of foreign citizens is carried out in specialty "Dentistry" (5 years), "Medicine" (6 years), "Nursing" (2 years, on the basis of complete secondary education), "Prosthetic dentistry"(2 years, on the basis of complete secondary education) and "Pharmacy"(2 years, on the basis of complete secondary education).

Poltava University of Economics and Trade is one of the leading universities in Central Ukraine. It trains professionals in IT, management and administration, social and behavioral sciences, culture and art, services industry, food technology, biotechnology, law, philology. Out of all Ukraine universities for international students PUET is considered to be open and friendly. More than 300 students arrived from 20 countries to choose PUET as the foundation of their future carrier.

South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky was established on 2 May, 1817. On 13 July, 2009, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 538, South Ukrainian State Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky was assigned the status of a national university and was given its present name. Currently, the University is a flagship teachers training university of the southern region of Ukraine with 17 acknowledged scholar schools, 62 specialties for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral training programmes at 10 faculties, 4 divisions and one institute. Within the period of its existence, more than 100,000 students have graduated from the University. The University is well-known far beyond the country; it collaborates with educational and research institutions of various countries. There is International Distance Learning Centre, which is the only one in the south of Ukraine; educational research, information and cultural centres of Israel, Turkey, the USA, Lithuania, People’s Republic of China (Confucius Institute). Lecturers and students participate in more than 30 international projects. The University is a coordinator of project studies according to international programmes TEMPUS, Visegrad Fund, Fund “Ukraine-Norway”, etc. The University collaborates with 80 educational and scientific institutions around the world.

The Fialtov Institute of the Tissue Therapy of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine was esteblished by an outstanding scientist-ophthalmologist academician Vladimir Petrovich Filatov on the fourth of April 1936. Since the day of its creation and so far the Filatov Institute has been one of the leaders of the world medical science and practical medicine.

Odessa State Environmental University providing innovative undergraduate and graduate education that contributes to the development of society and the individual through harmonization of mankind-nature relations, the key national educational centre for training specialists in Environmental Science, Hydrometeorology, Water Bio-Resources Management and Computer Science.

Today Odessa State Agrarian University is the leading scientific-methodological and scientific center of highly qualified personneltraining for various branches of agricultural production of southwestern Black Sea shore. The actual chronology of the institution is the beginning of 1918 – the year of establishment and the official opening of Odessa Agricultural Institute (OAI). In 2001 Odessa Agricultural Institute (OAI) was reorganized into Odessa State Agrarian University (OSAU). Now OSAU has gained higher education institution accreditation status of the IVth leveland work actively to create conditions for realization of inexhaustible students’potential that each of them could take their rightful place in the society and gainrespect in it.

Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture is an elite, prestigious higher educational establishment of Ukraine and Europe. It was founded in 1930. In 1992 it became a Member of European Association of Universities. The Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture has 4th, the highest in Ukraine level of accreditation. The license for the right to teach specialists of foreign countries – AE№285512. Property form – state. Subordination – Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Foreign students since 1950. During this period 45 thousand 200 people of specialists were prepared by Academy. More than 50 Ph. Doctors were prepared by Academy. Foreign students has to be enrolled to the Preparatory department for one year, then they proceed to the main courses of Academy.

Odessa Regional Institute for Public Administration of the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine is the main state higher education institution of national system for professional education of chief executives and top managers for the business community.

Born in September 1918, Odessa National Polytechnic University has a long way of growth and development. Over the years, this university became one of the leading universities of Ukraine, became a major educational and research center, which played and still plays a major part in the development of education and science. Odessa National Polytechnic University is the oldest higher technical educational establishment in the south of Ukraine.

The Odessa conservatoire was created on donations of V.A. Orlov, the chairman of Management of the Odessa branch of ІРМС (the Imperial Russian Musical Society), and those of other members of this branch, as well as due to the decision of the Main Management of the musical society on the basis of the Odessa musical school (founded in 1897) on the 8-th of September, 1913. Therefore the Odessa conservatoire turned into a higher educational musical institution of the European level from its very beginning.

The Odessa National Medical University is a government university in the city of Odessa, Ukraine. Today, the Odessa National Medical University remains one of the leading medical universities in Ukraine. It is a member of the International Association of Medical Universities and the high standards of training at the institution are well recognized throughout Europe and America. The university consists of 58 faculties and has a student population of over six thousand, including foreign students from very diverse countries. Tuition is given in the Russian, Ukrainian, and English languages.

Odessa National Maritime University (ONMU) a versatile educational institution, which prepares graduates of all educationalqualifying levels (Bachelor, Specialist, Master) for full maintenance of personnel requirements for maritime and river branch.The structure of University includes 7 faculties which prepare specialists on 12 specialities and carry out retraining of staff. It was established on June, 12 1930 as the Odessa Institute of Water Transport Engineers. In 1994 the Institute was renamed into the Odessa State Maritime University. The ONMU is under direct subordination of the Ministry of Science sand Education of Ukraine and has got the IV-th (the highest) level of accreditation. In 2003 the ONMU successfully completed the certification of international quality management systems ISO 9001: 2000. The University is a member of the European Association of Universities (EAU), South East European Association of Transport Researches (SETREF), International Association of Maritime University (IAMU), and Magna Charta Universitatum. The ONMU is the Coordinator of the University Network of Central European Initiative (CEI) in Ukraine. Odessa National Maritime University has trained staff for maritime industry of foreign countries since 1950. For this period there has been prepared graduates for 90 countries of Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Odessa National Economic University was established in 1921. The University today is one of the leading higher educational institutions of Ukraine. It offers training in all important areas of economics. Odessa National Economics University gives an opportunity to receive a higher education which can be continued in the form of postgraduate and doctoral studies. In Odessa National Economics University, not only is the internal culture, which assists individual growth and self-awareness of the students, graduate students and professors, supported, but also the advancement of international cooperation with educational and scientific centers of the globe, recognized scientists of other countries, exchange students, graduates and professors are carried out. In the university in past years, more than 1500 specialists from 52 countries in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America have undertaken studies. Today, many of them are employed in management activities in their home countries. Currently more about 300 foreign students from 22 countries are studying in the university. The development of International Relations at Odessa National Economics University is characterized by growth in its integration into the international educational community, both at the level of research-production organizations and by means of the establishment and strengthening of prospective contacts with leading institutions in Poland, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, France, the UK, USA and etc. ONEU affiliated the membership of Universities in Europe, signed in MAGNA CHARTA. The University takes an active part in the working out and realizing of various international projects and programs in accordance with signed agreements, including TEMPUS, DAAD, Erasmus+ and etc.

Odessa National academy of food technologies (ONAFT) is one of the oldest HEI in Ukraine, which trains specialists and academic staff for areas needed to economies in wide range of countries. That is various sectors of food industry, which nowadays is one of the most significant sectors of the economy in any country, and also tourism, hotels and restaurants, various areas of information technology, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, thermal power, alternative and renewable sources of energy, oil and gas industry, ecology, economics, marketing, etc. ONAFT provide students with highly technically equipped labs, enables to undergo training, study practice for students in companies and research centers worldwide.

The college was established on March 3, 1954 to train specialists in the fishing, transport, auxiliary fleets, as well as onshore fishing enterprises. Odessa Naval School of Fisheries A. Solyanik is a basic educational institution for training specialists for enterprises, institutions and organizations of the industry. Over the years, the staff of the school has trained more than 17 thousand specialists. Among the graduates of the school 182 specialists - citizens of countries of Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Odesa I.I. Mechnikov National University is one of the oldest in Ukraine, is a classical establishment of higher education of a European type. University was founded in 1865. It trains specialists in main spheres of natural and human sciences. Structurally, the University consists of 10 Faculties, 4 Institutes, College, two Preparatory Departments for citizens of Ukraine and foreign countries, 15 scientific-research laboratories (SRL), five scientific institutes, administration departments, experimental training shops and nine dormitories for students, post-graduates and trainees. Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University educates specialists for 20 departments and 41 specialties. Educational activity is also conducted in the preparation department for foreign citizens, retraining, advanced training and the second higher education.

Odessa Institute of Trade and Economics of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (OITE KNUTE) - is an accredited higher education institution of III-IV level, that was established in 1945 and trains students in majors: "Social and behavioral sciences", "Humanitarian sciences", “Management and administration" with accredited specializations “Accounting and taxation”, “Finance, banking and insurance” on educational-qualification levels “Bachelor” and “Master”. OITE KNUTE provides the conditions needed to complete high education and enter the employment market with help of goal-oriented, creative stuff and strong facilities, also takes part in international study programs (Erasmus) and has extensive cooperation experience with foreign institutions in Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Georgia.

Odesa State Academy of Technical Regulation and Quality (OSATRQ), which structure contains branch, institutes, college, accredited product certification centers and testing centers, it is the only institution of higher education in Ukraine, which carries out multistage training of specialists in metrology and information measuring facilities from undergraduate to doctor of science. This institution of higher education of European level, where students learn in the system of individual training and have ability to find employment. OSATRQ is recognized as the «Best Enterprise 2016» according to the National Rating the quality of goods and services Ukraine.
