The Diplomatic Academy at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has been functioning for over 20 years. However, nowadays there is an urgent need to overhaul its mission, functions and the very nature of the educational process. The Hennadii Udovenko Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine is no longer a ordinary classical educational establishment. It now performs its direct functions – professional development of diplomats.The Academy trainees are diplomatic and civil servants from the MFA, the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat, other Ministries and Government Agencies.We are now launching a modern system of professional development training, teaching and assessing foreign languages competence, specialized training programs and tailor-made courses for those who have decided to pursue a diplomatic career, who have been posted abroad, who have come back from a foreign mission, who are seeking to take up a high post in the MFA head office or a diplomatic mission. The doors of the Academy are open to those who are interested in foreign policy and care about the future of Ukraine, its security and development. Our values are expressed in the motto once formulated by Hennadii Udovenko as 3P’s – Professionalism, Probity, Patriotism.

Founded in 1841,in Kyiv, Bogomolets National Medical University (NMU) is a leading medical educational institution in Ukraine. Bogomolets National Medical University provides training of specialists for practical healthcare at all educational levels. Nowadays, over 14,000 students study at the University. There are over 1500 international students from 67 countries. The university employs about 1200 teaching staff. The international students are instructed in English since 2004. The university includes 10 faculties, 87chairs and 2 scientific and research institutions.

The Bila Tserkva National Agrarian University is a powerful research and education center with the history dating back to 1630. 9 faculties of the University offer education in agrobiotechnology, veterinary medicine, bio-technology, ecology, law and linguistics, post diploma training, preparatory courses and extension courses. The University hosts 5 research institutes, 13 research laboratories, Institute of post diploma education for managers and specialists in veterinary medicine, Institute of European Integration, Education and Research Institute of Economics and Business, 8 colleges, research establishments and production enterprises. The total number of students is more than 10000.

The State University of Infrastructure and Technology is young and, at the same time, one of the oldest educational institutions in Kyiv. It was created by order of the Government of Ukraine on February 29, 2016 through the merger of two metropolitan universities - the Kyiv State Academy of Water Transport named after Hetman Peter Konashevich-Sahaidachny and the State University of Transport and Technology, each of which has a similar but distinct genesis. The historical way of establishment of these universities reflects the history of water and rail transport, which always needed qualified specialists for its construction, development, and technical re-equipment. Appearing in the early twentieth century, the predecessors of these universities, even in the tumultuous years of the revolution and the two world wars did not stop training specialists in the transport infrastructure of Ukraine. The university has established a center for pre-university preparation of entrants, operates its own postgraduate and doctoral studies, specialized scientific councils for the protection of theses, can obtain a second higher education.

Volodymyr Vynnychenko Central Ukrainian State Pedagogical University is authoritative in the system of higher education of the country and a famous educational institution, which is in Top-200 best educational institutions of Ukraine, being 122 in the rate. The University trains specialists in pedagogical and prestigious classical specialties, has glorious cultural and educational traditions and creates unique opportunities of self-realization for youth in cognitive, scientific, public and other spheres of activity, providing students with high standard education, worthy of the best world universities. CUSPU has the IVth (the highest) level of accreditation.

Donetsk National Medical University was established in 1930 . Due to the quality of training and comparatively low tuition fees DonNMU is an attractive Ukrainian Medical Universities for foreigners. Donetsk National Medical University is listed in the medical directories of the World Health Organization (WHO) and I-Med Schools. Approximately 4 200 students study at the eight faculties of Donetsk National Medical University. They come from Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, USA, UK, Germany, Poland, Greece, Israel, Turkey, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, China, Malaysia, Mauritius, Pakistan, Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Peru, Palestine, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Syria, Tunisia, Kenya, Namibia, Zambia, Lebanon and other countries. So far, the university has granted 45,000 degrees, to doctors, well-known scientists, researchers, health care providers from Ukraine and 89 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and Americas. At the M.Gorky Donetsk National Medical University there are eight faculties including a preparatory faculty for foreign students.

Kamianets-Podilskyi Ivan Ohiienko National University for its centennial history has become a modern scientific-educational, cultural and educational center, which has trained more than 90 thousand specialists for general educational institutions, academic institutions and administrative sphere. Among its graduates there are 70 doctors and almost 500 PhDs, honored teachers, scientists and technicians, and physical culture and sports workers of Ukraine.

Kherson State University (KhSU) was founded in November 1917, located in Kherson. KhSU today is an educational, scientific and cultural centre of Southern Ukraine. It provides 4 educational buildings and laboratories, campus, library, recreation zones on the Dnipro bank and on the Black Sea shore, students cafe, students club, sports club, observatory, three gyms and two conference-halls, facility of agricultural machinery. Students can choose Pre-university department or obtain Bachelors or Masters degree.

The Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University is one of the leading center of legal education and science in Ukraine. University’s mission is to train professional lawyers, enhance their personal development through promoting core European values, civic responsibility, national identity and tolerance, which meets social, economic and cultural needs of Ukraine and the global community. Today the University formed its own educational approaches and principles: meeting the requirements of the European and world standards of legal education; interdisciplinary cooperation; direct connection with the practice and research results; educational mission in civil society. Currently there are 7 institutes and 6 full-time faculties in the University structure. The University also has evening and two part-time faculties. V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University is one of the oldest universities of the Eastern Europe. It was founded in November 1804, on the initiative of the prominent educator V.N. Karazin and in accordance with the charter of Emperor Alexander I. Kharkiv University is the only university in Ukraine that has trained and employed three Nobel Prize laureates: the biologist I. Mechnikov, the economist S. Kuznets, and the physicist L. Landau. Since being founded, the University has graduated over 130,000 students. The names of the University graduates are perpetuated in toponyms, names of space objects, plants and minerals, laws and formulas. The University has initiated the whole system of higher education of the Kharkiv Region. The University boasts its wide international recognition as one of the initiators of signing the Magna Charta Universitatum (Bologna, 1998), a co-founder of the Eurasian Universities Association, an active participant of International Association of Universities and European University Association, a training center for about 1500 international students, postgraduate and doctorate students for 50 countries of the world, and a partner in research and educational cooperation with more than 100 universities and other organizations all over the world.

National Technical University “Kharkov Polytechnic Institute” (NTU “KhPI) was founded in 1885. NTU “KhPI” is one of the oldest universities in Ukraine that prepares professionals in more than 100 specialties. The integration of science and education has steadily provided a weighty breakthrough for NTU “KPI” both in training the engineering personnel and in research activities along with high rating and leading positions among institutions of higher education in Ukraine. In 2000 the university was granted a national status and in 2010 it became a self-governing (autonomous) National Research University. Today NTU “KhPI” is among the leading educational and research centers within the higher education system in Ukraine. During its life the University gave training to about 200 000 specialists, including more than 4000 professionals from 94 countries all over the world.

Kharkov State Zooveterinary Academy - is a state educational establishment of the fourth accreditation level supervised by the Ministry of Agricultural policy of Ukraine. Kharkov State Zooveterinary Academy was founded in 2001 on the basis of Kharkov Zooveterinary institute - the oldest higber school of veterinary medicine in Ukraine.The Institute has trained 32 000 zooengineers and doctors of veterinary medicine for agriculture Its graduates work successfully in 78 countries of the world, on all the continents of our planet including USA, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, China, Panama, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Jordan, Gana, Germany, Bulgaria, Poland, Mongolia, Ethiopia, Congo, Nigeria, Ghana.

Founded in 1805, Kharkiv National Medical University is one of the leaders of the development and introduction of new medical education technologies in Ukraine. The University is a holder of the State Standard Certificate ISO 9001:2009 (ISO 9001:2008, Independent Developmental Testing), which means that the University implemented and uses a quality management system meeting the requirements of the globally recognized International Organization for Standardization (ISO). In 1951, it was the first medical university in Ukraine to open its doors to foreign students.

Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University is a public higher education institution which is well-known both in Ukraine and abroad.
